My Journey
I grew up the oldest of four, acutely aware of the impact I had on my younger siblings (very proud of all of them). From the age of 12 I worked in the Madison soccer community, starting as a referee, becoming a coach, and eventually Director of a club with over 100 coaches and 1200 players.

Corralling students two minutes before Summer Break! I moved to Houston, and taught Algebra in one of the most diverse and vibrant neighborhoods in the country. As an Instructional Coach, I developed and guided teachers through their first year. Now I manage on our Teacher Development Team, collaborating with coaches and leaders to support teachers.
Always seeking to develop, I completed leadership coaching certification through Rice University, and am earning Leadership Coach Credentialing through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Excited to use what I’ve learned to foster transformational change for you.
